I am just a small flower in God’s lush meadow. I have created this blog to explore my journey in the Catholic faith, and the new adventures it is opening up for me! Thank you for sharing my world!
I am a forty-something Wife, Mother of two grown-up girls and Grandmother to a little boy of three , a little girl of one and a new baby grandson. I work in education, as a counsellor, and I teach stress management techniques and healthy lifestyle changes. In my spare time I love to read, write poetry, bake, tend my little garden and learn about history. You will often find me barefoot in the kitchen! I believe that Chrsitianity is the only true path to God, and that Roman Catholicism is Christianity in all its fullness, until, by God’s Grace, we get to heaven.
This blog is not for the purpose of debate or disagreement, but simply somewhere I can ponder the mysteries of faith, foster loving and gentle discussion and glorify the Lord! You are welcome to comment, as you wish, but please could I ask that you comment gently and with respect for the journey I am on. I would love to share with you in a spirit of love and understanding!
Any anti-Catholic comments will be removed

You seem to be quite a mystical rose. May the Lord continue to guide you on your journey. I’m sure many will enjoy this blog which I have just discovered. Blessings. (PS: I have a Baptist Church just a few yards down the road – great people, but a long way from Catholicism.)

Autumn Rose,
The Lord has given you very special graces, which you are sharing on your blog site to all who pass by, who stay a while for a visit, or come to know you. I am impressed by your understanding of the personal and delicate love that God has for you. This is a great gift. It is really tender. It reminds me of the prayer Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta composed, a ’spiritual communion’ to pray at any time of the day or night. You may like to learn it and to share it as well:
‘Jesus in my heart, I believe in your tender love for me, I love you.’
May the Lord continue to bless you, and all of us who pass this way. By the way, the new template is fine, just wonderful, because we are still seeing and meeting ‘Christ’s Rose’. Thank you too, for the WordofGodEverday.com link!

Hello,
Please can I draw your attention to the new website of the publishers, The Catholic Truth Society (CTS).
http://www.cts-online.org.uk
It’s got some downloadable publications on it, plus it’s got a great range of Catholic books, DVDs and other things.
We’d appreciate if you could review it in your blog.
Thanks, Sophie (CTS)

Pray for healing physically, emotionally/ mentally/ spiritually for me please (Jane.)
Pray for Frankie with very, very severe mental illness; he’s supposed to be in a group home; but he keeps runnning away & refuses to listen to any dr. & won’t take his med’s and his mother cares absolutely NOTHING about him either nor does his father. Can you have relatives or friends pray for him too please???? it’s a dire situation.

Liam, there is this film abou the life of Saint Therese: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Therese-DVD-Region-US-NTSC/dp/B000BDGVT0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1254920825&sr=1-1 but it is an American release, so if you are in the UK it won’t play on your dvd (unless you know how to unlock your dvd region codes which is possible ~ look on-line!)
Hope this helps

Please pray for my son. He lost his job because of an incident with alcohol. He has a new wife and a new house. He works as a military security contractor overseas. I think he has an oppressive spirit of retribution which is attacking him as a result of a falling out he had with my dad, to whom I believe the spirit is attached. It’s complicated.
He was consecrated to St. Therese as a little child. He really needs God’s graces right now.
What a lovely site. It is so peaceful just to look at it.
Thank you

I admire your courage to take this journey. I’m in my mid thirties and I feel like a little lamb on the woods. A bit lost on my way to spiritual development. I’ve got faith that one day very soon I’ll find my path. You are a big devotee to St Therese, please, if you don’t mind, could you add me to your prayers?. I’m open to divine or human advice.
Thank you.

Dear Saint Theresa,
Please bless my brother Tuyen Do so that he can breath normally without the ventilator. No fever, no infection inside his body. The coming surgery is going to be successful. Please guide doctors and nurses so that they are successful to do this surgery to mend and cure his lungs. I ask these in the name of Jesus, Amen.
